Digital Delivery Policy

 

 

1. Type of Delivery

All products sold on our store are digital files. This means that:

• There will be no physical shipping. We will not send any packages, CDs, or printed materials to the customer's address.

• There will be no shipping charges applied to your order.

 

2. Delivery Time and Method

Your digital files will be delivered immediately after purchase is complete:

• Instant Delivery: Immediately after successful payment is confirmed (usually within a few minutes), files become available for delivery.

• Two delivery methods:

  1. Download Link: You will receive an email containing a secure link to download your purchased files.

  2. Account Access: If you have customer accounts on your shop, the files will also be available in the 'Downloads' or 'Order History' section of your account.

 

3. Delays in Delivery

If you don't receive your download link immediately, please check the following first:

• Email spam folder: Make sure the delivery email hasn't gone to your email's spam or junk folder.

• Payment confirmation: If your payment is still 'Pending' (especially with e-checks or some wallet payments), files will not be delivered until the payment is fully confirmed by the bank.

 

4. Download Limitations

 

• For your protection and to prevent unauthorized distribution of the file, download links or access may be limited to [for example: 2 days] or [for example: 1-2 times] downloads.

  1. डिलीवरी का प्रकार (Type of Delivery)

  हमारे स्टोर पर बेचे जाने वाले सभी उत्पाद डिजिटल फ़ाइलें हैं। इसका मतलब है कि:

  • कोई भौतिक शिपिंग नहीं होगी: हम ग्राहक के पते पर कोई पैकेज, सीडी, या प्रिंटेड सामग्री नहीं भेजेंगे।

  • कोई शिपिंग शुल्क नहीं: आपके ऑर्डर पर कोई शिपिंग शुल्क लागू नहीं होगा।

  2. डिलीवरी का समय और तरीका (Delivery Time and Method)

  आपकी डिजिटल फ़ाइलें खरीदारी पूरी होने के तुरंत बाद वितरित की जाएंगी:

  • तत्काल डिलीवरी (Instant Delivery): सफल भुगतान की पुष्टि होने के तुरंत बाद (आमतौर पर कुछ मिनटों के भीतर), फ़ाइलें डिलीवरी के लिए उपलब्ध हो जाती हैं।

  • डिलीवरी के दो तरीके:

    • डाउनलोड लिंक: आपको अपनी खरीदी गई फ़ाइलों को डाउनलोड करने के लिए एक सुरक्षित लिंक वाला ईमेल प्राप्त होगा।

    • खाता एक्सेस (Account Access): यदि आपकी दुकान पर ग्राहक खाते (customer accounts) उपलब्ध हैं, तो फ़ाइलें आपके खाते के 'डाउनलोड' या 'ऑर्डर हिस्ट्री' सेक्शन में भी उपलब्ध होंगी।

  3. डिलीवरी में देरी (Delays in Delivery)

  यदि आपको तुरंत अपना डाउनलोड लिंक प्राप्त नहीं होता है, तो कृपया पहले निम्नलिखित की जाँच करें:

  • ईमेल स्पैम फ़ोल्डर: सुनिश्चित करें कि डिलीवरी ईमेल आपके ईमेल के स्पैम या जंक फ़ोल्डर में नहीं गया है।

  • भुगतान की पुष्टि: यदि आपका भुगतान अभी भी 'Pending' है (विशेष रूप से ई-चेक या कुछ वॉलेट भुगतानों के साथ), तो बैंक द्वारा भुगतान की पूरी तरह से पुष्टि होने तक फ़ाइलें वितरित नहीं की जाएंगी।

  4. डाउनलोड सीमाएँ (Download Limitations)

  आपकी सुरक्षा और फ़ाइल के अनधिकृत वितरण को रोकने के लिए, डाउनलोड लिंक या एक्सेस [उदाहरण के लिए: 2 दिन] या [उदाहरण के लिए: 1-2 बार] डाउनलोड तक सीमित हो सकती है।

  खरीदी गई फ़ाइलों को डाउनलोड करना और उनका सुरक्षित बैकअप रखना आपकी ज़िम्मेदारी है।
